Excel sheet 1 contains a list of all proteins (trypanosome and human) identified in pooled plasma from human African trypanosomiasis patients and listed by number of contributing peptides. Excel sheet 2 shows only the trypanosome proteins discovered in plasma from patients with human African trypanosomiasis.
