资源简介:

This record contains the supplementary materials for the work titled Grounding and Human Redox Biology: A Mechanistic Framework for Earth–Body Electron Transfer. The supplementary materials provide extended methodological notes, expanded biophysical and redox measurement recommendations, detailed assay guidance, substrate conductivity classifications, and descriptions of supplementary figures and tables that support the mechanistic framework presented in the main manuscript. The materials include additional clarification on environmental substrates relevant to grounding, including the distinction between conductive surfaces and dielectric surfaces. Dry sand is identified as a dielectric that does not support electron transfer, while wet or mineral rich sand may allow ionic conduction. These details complement the boundary conditions described in the main outline and assist researchers in designing accurate grounding protocols. The supplementary content also outlines recommended redox biomarkers, mitochondrial assay endpoints, sham grounding procedures, environmental control variables, and extended discussion notes that provide context for the mechanistic pathways proposed in the review. These materials are intended to support transparency, reproducibility, and methodological rigour in future grounding research. This Zenodo record does not contain the full preprint. The complete manuscript will be submitted separately to a dedicated preprint server. The present materials serve as a technical companion resource for researchers, reviewers, and readers who wish to examine the extended methodological and conceptual details that underpin the main work.
