Educating Leaders for the Age of Artificial Intelligence: A Developmental Framework for Human–AI Leadership Learning and Trust Calibration

This study introduces the Human–AI Leadership Learning Framework (HAILLF), a four-phase developmental model for leadership education in AI-mediated organizational contexts. Combining systematic conceptual synthesis with Social Media Listening (SML) via VADER sentiment analysis of 80 Reddit posts (March 2026), the study empirically validates the framework through real-world discourse analysis across four themes: AI Decision Trust (60.0% positive, avg +0.1744), AI Leadership Anxiety (60.0% negative, avg −0.2230), AI Ethics Workplace (40.0% positive, avg +0.0614), and AI Replacing Managers (45.0% neutral, avg −0.0435). HAILLF proposes four developmental phases — Awareness, Interaction, Integration, and Co-Learning — grounded in socio-technical systems theory, experiential learning, and trust calibration research.
