资源简介:
Adipose-derived regenerative cells (ADRCs) are implicated in fat homeostasis and metabolism, but also provide an ample source of cells with widespread regenerative therapeutic use. Being heterogenous in nature, possibly affecting clinical outcome, the ADRC donor BMI and gender may have a large impact on ADRC composition and quality but this remains largely unexplored. Herein, we provide a comprehensive single-cell RNA sequencing ADRC mapping across two cell trial intervention studies but found no gender- or BMI-related variations, except for a minor female increase in PI16/CD55-expressing stem cells. This provides decision-making support on adipose stem cell donor selection, but also adds to gender-based metabolomics. ADRCs were isolated from lipoapirates obtained from 14 patients undergoing autologous stem cell therapy in two randomized controlled clinical trials at Odense University Hospital, Denmark. Single cell RNA-sequencing was performed on ADRCs from 7 male patients (M1-M7) treated for erectile dysfunction following radical prostatectomy and 7 female patients (F1-F7) treated for breast cancer related lymphodema. Data were compared with a specific focus on gender and BMI. *************************************************************** Submitter states that missing raw data for sample ED2_M2 is due to corrupt data. ***************************************************************
