Dataset supporting multi-epitope vaccine design against colorectal cancer (CRC)

This archive contains raw and processed data supporting the study on multi-epitope vaccine design against colorectal cancer, including GEO dataset re-analyses (GSE74602, GSE103512, GSE156355), Series Matrix files for GSE65480 and GSE110009, vaccine construct design (epitope tables, codon usage, sequence verification, structural models), network analysis, and newly added experimental datasets (cytokine ELISA values, tumor volume measurements, and survival data).
