Transciptional responses in T cells in blood and BAL from healthy adult volunteers infected with influenza Overall design: Healthy volunteers were inoculated intranasally with influenza. For each individual samples were colected from BAL and blood at 3 timepoints (day: 0, 7 and 28). Samples were targeted fro CD4 and CD8. Finaly, for each donor infected and uninfected samples were considered.
