资源简介:
The intestinal microbiota influences the development of a normal intestinal physiology, education and functioning of the mucosal immune system. The goal of this study is to analyze how the transcriptional profile of the colonic endothelial cells is influence by colonization of gnotobiotic mice with specific bacterial strains . The goal of this study is to analyze how the transcriptional profile of the colonic endothelial cells is influence by colonization of gnotobiotic mice with specific bacterial strains . Microarray experiments were performed as dual-color hybridizations on Agilent-074809 SurePrint G3 Mouse GE v2 8x60K arrays. To compensate for dye-specific effects, a dye-reversal color-swap was applied. We analyzed endothelial cells from OMM12 and OMM12+MC2 mice.
