PRISMA diabetic retinopathy derived data and reproducibility package

This package contains author-generated derived data and reproducibility materials for the PRISMA diabetic retinopathy manuscript. It includes a fixed-effect inverse-variance weighted FinnGen+MVP diabetic retinopathy GWAS meta-analysis summary-statistics file, supplementary tables, supplementary data, supplementary notes, and checksums. The package does not redistribute full third-party raw eQTL files, raw single-cell matrices, individual-level genotype/phenotype data, or controlled-access data. External resources are documented in DATA_SOURCES.tsv and remain subject to their original data-use terms.
