This dataset contains core information of patents related to high-efficiency energy-saving equipment. Its main structured fields include patent number, filing date, publication date, IPC classification number, applicant, invention title, document type and others, and it is used for patent value evaluation.
Patents are scored out of 100 across five dimensions: Technical Innovation (25 points, for judging the advancement of the technical field based on IPC classification), Energy Saving Effect (30 points, based on energy-saving characteristic terms in the patent title), Technical Maturity (15 points, distinguished by the type of applicant), Market Potential (20 points, evaluated according to application fields), and Patent Strength (10 points, assessed based on the legal status of the patent). The total score is the sum of the scores of each dimension, with a full score of 100.
The dataset has been standardized, can automatically adapt to different named fields, and is equipped with a complete exception handling mechanism to ensure that the evaluation results accurately reflect the technical, market and legal values of the patents.
