Proteomic profiling of <i>Lactobacillus johnsonii</i>-derived extracellular vesicles

This dataset contains processed proteomics results derived from LC-MS/MS analysis of proteins extracted from <i>Lactobacillus johnsonii</i> (control) and its extracellular vesicles (EVs). Protein abundances were quantified and differential expression analysis was performed to identify EV-associated proteins and their potential involvement in host–microbe interactions and ulcerative colitis. The dataset includes normalized expression values, fold changes, and statistical significance information. These data support the findings reported in the associated manuscript and may serve as a resource for further studies on probiotic-derived EVs and copper-related cell death pathways (cuprotosis).
