This dataset combines China's forest age data of Xu et al., 2023, Cheng et al., 2024 and Shang et al., 2023 to obtain a more reliable forest age layer. We calculated the average and standard deviation (uncertainty) of these data. Spatial gaps in these data were imputed using the ‘missRanger’ package in R.
