The goals of ChIP-seq analysis using an anti-ATF4 antibody in GBM cells to obtain ATF4 target genes under glucose deprivation. Sequencing libraries were prepared using the NEBNext DNA Library Prep Master Mix Set (Illumina) according to the manufacturer’s instructions. The libraries were single-end sequenced on an Illumina NovaSeq 6000 (Annoroad Gene Technology Beijing Co. Ltd.).
