资源简介:
This dataset provides the raw, uncropped Western blot and SDS-PAGE/gel images supporting the study “Dephosphorylation at Ser548 regulates hemocyanin-derived antibacterial peptides and immune defense in Penaeus vannamei.” The associated work demonstrates that Ser548 phosphorylation on the hemocyanin small subunit (PvHMCs) regulates trypsin-mediated hemocyanin cleavage and the production of hemocyanin-derived antimicrobial peptides (AMPs). Dephosphorylation at Ser548, controlled by PvCK2α and PvPP2AC, enhances cleavage and increases antibacterial peptide generation, improving bacterial clearance and shrimp survival.
Contents:
1) Raw Western blot images (original, uncropped; no cosmetic processing)
2) Raw SDS-PAGE/gel images documenting hemocyanin degradation/cleavage patterns
3) An index/file list mapping each raw image to the corresponding figure/panel, sample groups, and experimental conditions
These files are shared to support transparency and reproducibility and may be reused for verification and re-analysis with appropriate citation of the related article and this dataset.
