Information on the normative-legal principles of the communal institution of culture "Kharkiv specialized music and theater library named after K.S. Stanislavsky"

On the basis of the order of the Kharkiv City Mayor of 21.10.2021, "On Approval of the Regulations on Data Sets of the Kharkiv City Council", the publication of open data sets of the information manager on the Kharkiv Open Data Portal was organized, which, according to the Harvesting procedure, are automatically placed on the Unified State Open Data Portal in the office of the administrator of the Kharkiv City Council.依据哈尔科夫市市长2021年10月21日颁布的《关于批准〈哈尔科夫市议会数据集管理条例〉的行政命令》，相关方已在哈尔科夫开放数据门户网站上组织开展信息管理者所负责的开放数据集发布工作；此类数据集将按照数据采集（Harvesting）流程，自动同步至统一国家开放数据门户网站，并存储于哈尔科夫市议会管理员的管理专区内。
