病历文书机器自动阅读，针对病历文书书写的规范性监控、逻辑性判断
及前后描述一致性分析，实现运行病历的内涵质控服务，针对病历量大
的痛点，由人工抽检模式升级为全院病历机器自检和自动化评分，严重
缺陷病历实时检出，重点复核，全面提升终末质控效率。

This dataset is constructed through analysis and summarization of real medical records and healthcare documents, extracting the treatment methods and clinical regularities of specific diseases for individual patients as applied by clinicians. Trained on this dataset, AI models can achieve automatic machine reading of medical documents. By implementing standardized writing supervision, logical judgment, and consistency analysis of preceding and subsequent descriptions for medical documents, connotation-based quality control services for in-progress medical records are realized. Addressing the pain point of the large volume of medical records, the system upgrades the traditional manual sampling inspection mode to a hospital-wide automatic self-inspection and automated scoring platform for medical records. Severely defective medical records can be detected in real time for targeted review, thereby comprehensively improving the efficiency of final medical record quality control.
