Delineation of in vivo protein-DNA interaction on a genomic scale is the key for understanding genome function. We described the landscape of in vivo protein-DNA interaction across A. oryzae genome by coupling DNase I digestion of intact nuclei with massive parallel sequencing and analyses of cleavage patterns of protein-DNA interaction at single-nucleotide resolution.
