Dateset related to the manuscript "The INAA-INRIM software version 3: presentation and validation of results" which describes the newest release of the software for elaboration of NAA measurements and validates it correct functioning against reference values of a certified material. This dataset is thus composed: gamma-spectra acquired with ORTEC software for samples (denoted by _A{n}_ or _B{n}_ with {n} even number in the filename), standards (denoted by _A{n}_ or _B{n}_with {n} odd number in the filename) and background (denoted by _BKG_ in the filename) having extension ".spc" ascii spectra (INAA-INRIM input) obtained with HyperLab software for samples (denoted by _A{n}_ or _B{n}_ with {n} even number in the filename), standards (denoted by _A{n}_ or _B{n}_with {n} odd number in the filename) and background (denoted by _BKG_ in the filename) having extension ".asc" spectra peaklist (INAA-INRIM input) obtained with HyperLab software for samples (denoted by _A{n}_ or _B{n}_ with {n} even number in the filename), standards (denoted by _A{n}_ or _B{n}_with {n} odd number in the filename) and background (denoted by _BKG_ in the filename) having extension ".csv" result spreadsheet obtained from INAA-INRIM software for Co and Cu having extension ".xlsx"
