Using Geochemistry to predict the Locality of the Origin of Fossil Dinosaur Bones with Machine Learning Models – Potential Limitations

These are the data used for predicting the locality of the origin of dinosaur bones from Gobi using their geochemistry. The dataset contains the ppm data, the information about each spot and errors. The file 'ppm.csv' contains ppm data with values below the limit of detection filled with NaN, the file 'ppmLODsfill.csv' contains the same data with values below the limits of detection filled with values just below it. The file 'Element profiles.html' is an interactive plot of the profiles of the bones.
