1. Data Testing: Adopt R90D/2-R120D/2 viscose filament embroidery thread, configure the embroidery machine with standard sewing needles, set the speeds of plain embroidery, thin-fabric embroidery and continuous embroidery all to 1200 stitches per minute, and conduct stitch-running tests using the patterns prescribed in the standard.

2. Data Output: Upon completion of the tests, visually inspect the pattern conformity, top thread loops, skipped stitches and number of broken needles, and record the number of thread breaks per machine head during two continuous embroidery test runs.

3. Data Calculation: Sum up the thread break counts per machine head from each test to obtain the cumulative total.

4. Data Evaluation: Per the provisions of industry standard QB/T 2151-2012: The embroidery performance of the machine is deemed qualified only if: the finished embroidered pattern matches the input pattern; the counts of top thread loops, skipped stitches and broken needles are all 0; the total thread breakages during continuous embroidery do not exceed 1/2 of the total number of machine heads; the total thread breakages for machines with fewer than 50 heads are no more than 20; the total thread breakages for machines with 50 heads or more are no more than 25; and the thread break count per individual machine head does not exceed 2. Otherwise, the embroidery performance is deemed unqualified.
