脑卒中患者医疗回访调查数据集

该数据集是由南京大学计算机科学与技术系与南京脑科医院从近六年的脑卒中患者医疗回访调查记录，并经过质量治理，出于对患者隐私的保护，该数据集已经进行了脱敏保护，利用该数据集可以实现对脑脑卒中患者病程分析、病情预测以用药效果评估等展开回顾性研究。

This dataset was curated by the Department of Computer Science and Technology at Nanjing University and Nanjing Brain Hospital using medical follow-up survey records of stroke patients collected over the past six years, and has been subjected to quality governance. To safeguard patient privacy, the dataset has undergone de-identification processing. Using this dataset, retrospective studies including disease course analysis, condition prediction, and therapeutic effect evaluation for stroke patients can be carried out.
