Optic nerve head-neural progenitor cells inhibit neuronal stress and glaucoma

This study provides single-cell RNA-Seq data from 20 day old rat optic nerve head Overall design: scRNA-seq were prepared on dissociated Optic nerve heads using the 10X Genomics Chromium Single Cell 3' Reagents Kit v3.1 (10X Genomics, Pleasanton, CA). Libraries were constructed following the manufacturer's instructions and were sequenced using Illumina NextSeq. Sequencing data were processed through the Cell Ranger 6.1.1 pipeline (10X Genomics) using default parameters.
