Fig. 2 The performance of Vybr-FACS against SYBR-FACS and light microscopy was assessed with the same set of serially diluted (SD) samples. Conclusion: Vybr-FACS yields parasitemia measurements comparable to other standard methods. Vybr-FACS provides a more accurate measurement of the intracellular parasite load when compared to SYBR-FACS QC of the instrument was performed using the CS&T beads for Diva8 manufactured by BD. Experiment QC: Single stained controls, unstained cells and replicates in treated and control samples.
