Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) analysis has broad application scenarios in the manufacturing industry. OEE is a core metric for evaluating the overall performance of production equipment. Through data-driven insights, it enables production units and managers to monitor the operating status of specific production equipment during its operating hours, conduct equipment utilization analysis, assist in formulating standardized production time for equipment, plan and follow up the implementation of equipment maintenance and repair plans, support the design and optimization of production scheduling and resource allocation schemes, and help enterprises better understand and master the operating conditions of their equipment. By maximizing the time utilization and operating benefits of equipment, OEE analysis ultimately improves production efficiency and management levels, reduces production costs, and enhances corporate competitiveness. The algorithm rules for production equipment OEE analysis cover the following aspects: 1. Data Collection: Collect equipment operating data and production shift reporting data via the RUIDA-RPS digital management system matched with workshop equipment and machines. 2. Data Processing: Trigger business functions through scheduled tasks to perform summary, statistics and analysis in accordance with algorithmic rules, realizing interactive operations such as data storage, read/write operations, calculation and data transfer, and calculate indicators including the production line's daily OEE and qualified rate. The specific formulas are as follows: Production Line Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) = Availability Rate × Performance Rate × Qualified Rate; Availability Rate = (Actual Operating Time / (Planned Operating Time - Abnormal Downtime)) × 100%; Performance Rate = (Average Equipment Cycle Time (CT) / Theoretical Equipment Cycle Time (CT)) × 100% (including defective products); Qualified Rate = (Number of Qualified Products / Total Actual Production Volume) × 100%. The analysis and calculation of production line OEE, qualified rate and other relevant indicators are important metrics for evaluating equipment performance and operating conditions. They help enterprises improve equipment performance and production efficiency, enhance product quality and customer satisfaction, and thus optimize the overall corporate performance.
