GenBank BLAST results of copepod nauplii gut contents analyzed at San Francisco State University in 2013 (Food Limitation in Copepod nauplii project)

<p>Field collected copepod nauplii gut content sequences were identified using the BLASTN algorithm on GenBank or by comparison to a sequence library of local copepod species constructed for this project. Blast searches of the GenBank database were conducted on May 16, 2013. BLASTed sequences were identified to the taxonomic level at which there was consensus among matches within 10% of the best score.</p>

利用BLASTN算法在GenBank数据库中或通过与为本项目构建的当地桡足类物种序列库进行比对，识别了采集的桡足类浮游幼体肠道内容物序列。对GenBank数据库的Blast搜索于2013年5月16日进行。经过BLAST分析序列被识别至具有10%最佳得分匹配项共识的分类学级别。
