Colonization/Extinction events, rates and turnover (6 methods)

This file contains estimates of number of colonizations (COL) and local extinctions (EXT), the resultant species richness (SR), cumulative colonizations to calculate colonization rate (CR), cumulative extinctions to calculate extinction rate (ER), and turnover (TOV: sum of COL + EXT divided by SR from present + previous year) for each bank, in each year, for all fish species (pred + meso + prey), for each of 6 methods of estimating these events/rates.
