Comparative bibliometric dataset: sustainable and regenerative tourism scholarship, 2007–2026

Dataset, derived analytical tables, and figures supporting a dual-corpus comparative bibliometric analysis of sustainable and regenerative tourism scholarship. Two corpora were retrieved from Scopus covering 2007–2026 and screened following PRISMA 2020 protocols, yielding 785 sustainable tourism publications and 178 regenerative tourism publications. The package contains cleaned bibliographic records, six derived analytical tables covering annual production and growth, keyword co-occurrence centrality, Callon thematic mapping, thematic evolution, research-frontier detection, and geographic equity, together with the five figures published in the associated article and full documentation of search strategy and variable definitions.
