Behavioral impacts on residential food provisioning, use, and waste during the COVID-19 pandemic

This data set contains data and outputs from a study on COVID-19 impacts to residential food purchase, use, and waste in New York State in 2020. The data set includes includes raw data collected via a consumer survey, coding scheme and coded data, and R scripts used for data analysis. A README file is provided to explain the contents and use of each document.
