资源简介:
Lung cancer is the deadliest cancer worldwide. In this study, we obtained RNA-sequencing data from 61 lung cancer samples. We hope that this data can improve the understanding of this disease. Lung cancer tissues were taken from 61 patients and subjected to RNA sequencing. For all biosamples, informed written consent for participation in this study (including publication of anonymised clinical, transcriptomic and genetic data) was obtained from patients or their legal representatives. All experimental biosamples were blocks of formalin fixed, paraffin embedded (FFPE) tumour tissue. Before further analysis, all biosamples were evaluated by a pathologist to confirm the origin of the tumour tissue, and only samples with tumour cell content greater than 50% were subjected to further analysis. RNA sequencing was performed at the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine of the University of California, Los Angeles, and at the Clinical Genomic Bioinformatics Laboratory of the I.M. Sechenov First Moscow State Medical University. RNA sequencing was performed on an Illumina HiSeq 3000 system for single-end sequencing with a read length of 50 bp, generating at least 30 million raw reads per sample.
