万集路侧交通事件场景数据集来源于真实交通场景，融合了多路路侧激光雷达融合点云数据，相机视频数据。针对连续帧点云事件数据，数据包括事件ID，事件开始与结束时间，目标id，事件位置，交通灯状态等信息。标签数据包含单帧交通事件和交通灯状态两种类型的数据集信息。数据集采集帧率为10Hz，目标事件信息包括：事件id、开始时间、结束时间、事件类型、目标id、事件位置、事件发生所在车道等信息。事件共有17种类型，主要包括不按规定车道行驶、非机动车逆行、机动车逆行，非机动车抢黄灯、机动车抢黄灯、机动车超速、非机动车超速、机动车越线停车、机动车压线、非机动车占用机动车车道、行人在机动车道逗留、非机动车闯红灯、行人闯红灯、高风险事件等类型。通过对标签信息的提取、分析，可以获取该路端交通参与者基本运动情况和交通事件状态信息，赋能多个场景应用。

Wanji Roadside Traffic Incident Scenario Dataset is derived from real-world traffic scenarios, integrating multi-channel roadside LiDAR point cloud data and camera video data. For consecutive-frame point cloud incident data, the dataset includes information such as incident ID, incident start and end time, target ID, incident location, and traffic light status. The labeled data contains two types of dataset information: single-frame traffic incident data and traffic light status data. The dataset is collected at a frame rate of 10 Hz, and the target incident information covers incident ID, start time, end time, incident type, target ID, incident location, and the lane where the incident occurs, among other details. There are 17 total incident types, mainly including driving in non-designated lanes, non-motor vehicles traveling against traffic, motor vehicles traveling against traffic, non-motor vehicles running yellow lights, motor vehicles running yellow lights, motor vehicle speeding, non-motor vehicle speeding, motor vehicles stopping beyond the stop line, motor vehicles driving across lane lines, non-motor vehicles occupying motor vehicle lanes, pedestrians loitering in motor vehicle lanes, non-motor vehicles running red lights, pedestrians running red lights, and high-risk incidents, among others. By extracting and analyzing the labeled information, the basic motion states of roadside traffic participants and the status information of traffic incidents can be obtained, enabling multiple scenario-based applications.
