Building Permits in 2014

The dataset contains locations and attributes of building construction and alteration permits applied for and approved by the District of Columbia Department of Buildings. These data are shared via an automated process where addresses are batch matched (geocoded) to the District's Master Address Repository. Users may find that some data points will contain 0,0 for X,Y coordinates resulting in inconsistent spatial locations. Addresses for these data points could not be automatically geocoded and will need to be manually geocoded to 'best fit' locations in DC.本数据集收录由哥伦比亚特区建筑局（District of Columbia Department of Buildings）受理并审批的建筑施工与改造许可的位置信息与属性数据。本数据集通过自动化流程发布，该流程会将申请地址批量匹配并完成地理编码（geocode），关联至哥伦比亚特区主地址库（Master Address Repository）。用户可能会发现，部分数据点的X、Y坐标为0,0，进而导致空间位置不一致。此类数据点对应的地址无法通过自动化流程完成地理编码，需通过人工地理编码以匹配哥伦比亚特区（District of Columbia，简称DC）内的"最佳适配"位置。
