Minimal reproducibility package for a manuscript on heading-conditioned response-CVaR vector fields for risk-aware USV shore-approach planning in nearshore waves. The package contains the manuscript source/PDF, figures used in the manuscript, processed RAO and wave inputs, Scenario I-III planning and closed-loop tracking outputs, route and response summaries, selected Simulink execution artifacts, and MATLAB/Python/C++ scripts used to generate the reported results. Large raw SWAN spectral archives, generated sweeps, third-party software distributions, and historical backup runs are excluded and documented in the package.
