NoVA Commuter Park-and-Ride Access Atlas (Keystone GIS Day 62)

A verified, current inventory of 117 commuter park-and-ride facilities (67,548 spaces) across the 9 Northern Virginia jurisdictions, with tract-level access distances, ACS 2023 commuting context, and DBSCAN corridor clusters. Merges the NVTC/VDOT NoVA 2020 inventory with post-2020 VDOT statewide additions and the two county-owned Silver Line Phase 2 Metrorail garages absent from both VDOT layers; 29 out-of-area lots within a 15 km edge buffer are retained as supply-only features.
