Whole genome resequencing of multiple Vitis sp. genotypes. Grapevine whole genome resequencing

Grapevine (Vitis vinifera L.) is one of the most significant crops in the world. Today’s richness in grapevine diversity results from a complex domestication history over multiple historical periods. We are employing whole genome resequencing to elucidate aspects of grapevine diversity and the evolutionary history of this crop. Data consists of whole genome resequencing, using the Illumina platform, of multiple Vitis sp. genotypes.
