5GAD-2022

This dataset contains intercepted 5G network traffic stored in Packet Capture (PCAP) files, which includes both normal and malicious traffic. Normal traffic was generated by simulating typical user activities, such as video streaming, initiating web requests, and joining video conferences. Malicious traffic covers ten attack types under three categories: reconnaissance, Denial of Service (DoS), and network reconfiguration. During data capture, the Wireshark tool was used, with a focus on the application layer to ensure the integrity of attack packets. For standardization, each packet was truncated or padded to 1024 bytes. This dataset covers normal and malicious traffic under different user activities and multiple attack types, with its task being anomaly detection for 5G core network traffic.
