INNOVATIVE METHODS AND DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES IN FOREIGN LANGUAGE TEACHING

Abstract: Foreign language teaching needs lessons that help use language in real life. Many students can remember rules, but they cannot speak or write well. While some students are able to speak, they still experience grammatical difficulties. For this reason, a good lesson should join communication, grammar, writing, and digital tools. This article studies task-based teaching, grammar teaching, corpus use, genre-based teaching, and multilingual support. The article indicates that students learn better when they work with clear tasks, short grammar help, model texts, and digital materials. Digital tools help students see language patterns, check word use, and revise their own writing. Genre work helps language learners understand how to write different academic texts. Grammar work helps them make correct sentences. Task-based activities enables them to use language purposefully. In multilingual classes, the teacher should also respect the students’ first language and use it as support. A balanced method can improve speaking, writing, accuracy, and confidence in foreign language classes. [2] [3] [4] [1]
