Localis-REX has been developed by our lab.In the current project, we aim to study transcriptomics changes under Localis-REX within different subcelluar locations. Localis-REX coupled RNA-seq would give us a borad idea of mRNA changing under our reaction conditon over mutiple controls Overall design: Localis-REX was performed in human cell lines, with one reaction condtion, and three controls. And RNA was isolated at three time points, 3hrs, 6hrs, or 12 hrs after reaction or controls.
