Whole genome sequencing of L. plantarum during the laboratory evolution in cephalexin environment

The aim of this study was to obtain the L. plantarum ATCC14917 with high-level resistance to cephalexin and evaluate their probiotic traits using laboratory evolution assay and whole-genome sequencing.
