Overall goal of the study is to investigate the role of the complement system in auditory nerve development and hearing Three biological replicates of the auditory nerve from young adult (1.5-2.5 months) wildtype and complement factor B knockout mice were compared by RNAseq analysis本研究的总体目标为探究补体系统（complement system）在听神经（auditory nerve）发育及听觉功能中的作用。本研究采用RNA测序（RNAseq）技术，对1.5~2.5月龄年轻成年野生型（wildtype）与补体因子B敲除（complement factor B knockout）小鼠的听神经样本进行比较分析，每组均设置3次生物学重复。
