Synthetic waste-dumping minimal pairs on MEVA backgrounds

1188 synthetic CCTV clips (594 minimal pairs, 7.1 h) for training and probing illegal waste dumping detectors. Each clip shows a rendered person carrying an object through a real, person-free segment of a MEVA surveillance video (5 outdoor cameras). Every pair is one positive (the object is left behind) and one negative (it is carried through, picked up again, or taken back to the vehicle), identical until the outcome differs. Two families: on foot, and unloading from a real parked vehicle. Clips are degraded to CCTV quality (resolution, frame rate, H.264 CRF 28-42, noise, frame drops). Labels follow the MIVIA-IWDD-500 JSON format (binary label, onset in seconds, metadata) plus exact onset, release and decision times, the pair id and the motion phases. See README.md.
