资源简介:

This repository provides the reproducibility dataset, processed climate data, analytical outputs, source code, quality-assurance records, and publication-supporting materials associated with the manuscript “Climate Change Signals and Crop Water Requirements for Agricultural Water Management in Hyper-Arid Wadi Araba, Egypt.” The study evaluates historical climate-model performance and future climate-change signals for Wadi Araba, Egypt, using NASA POWER and NASA NEX-GDDP-CMIP6 data. The analysis considers precipitation, maximum and minimum air temperature, relative humidity, wind speed, and solar radiation. Five CMIP6 models were retained following historical evaluation, and future conditions were assessed under SSP2-4.5 and SSP5-8.5 for near-century (2025–2050), mid-century (2051–2075), and late-century (2076–2100) periods. The repository includes analysis-ready NASA POWER and CMIP6 datasets, historical model-evaluation results, future climate-change summaries, FAO-56 Penman–Monteith reference evapotranspiration (ET₀) calculations, crop evapotranspiration and crop water requirement outputs for wheat, olive, date palm, and alfalfa, QDM sensitivity and same-fold validation results, publication figures and supporting tables, quality-assurance records, and the authoritative Python scripts used in the final analytical workflow. The archive was subjected to a final reproducibility and integrity audit. The frozen release contains no byte-identical duplicate files, and SHA-256 checksums, file inventories, directory summaries, data documentation, release notes, and a manuscript-to-output mapping are provided in the 09_metadata directory and repository root. Users should begin with README.md, which describes the archive structure, analytical workflow, data provenance, and reproducibility sequence. DATA_DICTIONARY.md documents the principal variables and datasets, while MANUSCRIPT_OUTPUT_MAP.csv links manuscript figures, tables, and supplementary analyses to their corresponding archived files. This archive supports scientific reproducibility of the associated manuscript. Original NASA POWER and NASA NEX-GDDP-CMIP6 products remain subject to the terms and attribution requirements of their respective data providers. The manuscript itself describes the reproducibility deposit as containing analysis outputs, source-code records and checksums, so this description is consistent with the final paper.
