This repository contains the data and additional plots for the paper 'From Networks to Landscapes: Sampling and Topographic Visualisation of Continuous LONs'. The following files are included: algo_data.zip: performance data of CMA-ES, DA, DE, and PSO. code_data.zip: LON sampling code, correlations and features data. data_LON_tol_2d.zip: raw data of the LON tol sampling for 2-dimensional BBOB functions data_LON_tol_5d.zip: raw data of the LON tol sampling for 5-dimensional BBOB functions data_NM: raw data of the LON sampling with Nelder-Mead for 2-dimensional BBOB functions data_SOTA.zip: raw data of the LON SOTA sampling for2-dimensional BBOB functions Plot_2d_functions_LON.zip: LON plots for all 2d functions Plot_5d_functions_LON.zip: LON plots with force-directed layout for all functions (with and without fitness as y coordinate) and multidimensional scaling plots for functions with more than 30 nodes in the LON.
