Lipidomic profile of two differently-sized subsets of porcine seminal extracellular vesicles

Raw data (.CDF) from the lipidomic analysis of two differently-sized subsets (small and large) of seminal extracellular vesicles (sEVs) isolated from porcine seminal plasma. The procedure used for sEV isolation combined serial centrifugations, ultrafiltration and size-exclusion chromatography. High performance liquid chromatography-high resolution mass spectrometry was used for lipidomic analysis.
