Nanopore Sequencing of partial TiLV segment 1 amplicons

Here we provide all the intermediate bioinformatics files (ie. medaka.bam; medaka.bam.stat; medaka.bam.tsv) from two analysis: (1) using a mixture of partial TiLV segment 1 amplicons (620 bp and 274 bp) (referred here as <strong><em>tilseg1_620bp.zip</em></strong>) and (2) using only partial TiLV segment 1 amplicons (274 bp) with random subsamples for 1000, 500, 100, and 50 reads (referred here as <strong><em>tilseg1_274bp.zip</em></strong>). We also provide all final medaka.fasta files of consensus sequences generated through analysis (1) and (2) and the reference fasta sequences (without primer binding sites) used for analysis (1) and (2) referred as MN687685.577.final.fasta and MN687685.231.final.fasta.
