Analysis code and derived aggregate data for: Interpreting Semaglutide-Related Optic Ischemic Neuropathy Reports

This repository contains analysis code, derived aggregate result tables, figure source-data files, and documentation supporting the manuscript “Interpreting Semaglutide-Related Optic Ischemic Neuropathy Reports: FAERS Reporting Dynamics With Clinical and Genetic Context.” The public files support analyses of openFDA/FAERS spontaneous-reporting dynamics, local NAION aggregate clinical summaries, and summary-level genetic target-proxy analyses. Individual-level local clinical cohort data are not included because of institutional governance and patient privacy restrictions. The local-cohort scripts provide the analysis schema and can be rerun only when governed local data are available. This archive is intended to support transparency and reproducibility of the derived tables and figures reported in the manuscript.
