This database provides the most comprehensive, harmonized, scalable, indexable, and searchable dataset collection, containing 70,396 genomic tracks, 49.2 billion genomic intervals, and 6.7 trillion base pairs. Users can conduct queries based on tissue/cell type, biosample type, assay method, data type, and data collection, supporting reproducible research and the integration of high-throughput functional genomic analysis workflows.
