资源简介：
The sediment collected from a black odorous river in the Dongbo community (Zhongtang town, Dongguan) was incubated in sediment microbial fuel cells in the laboratory. The response of microbial communities to the introduction of Lysinibacillus varians GY32 was investigated. Samples in this study are deal with PCR amplification of 16S rRNA hypervariable region V3-V4.
