Dataset - Structural and Electrocatalytic Properties of La-Co-Ni Oxide Thin Films

This dataset contains the compositional, electrochemical, microscopy and diffraction data used in the study Structural and Electrocatalytic Properties of La-Co-Ni Oxide Thin Films. The Dataset includes: Compositional screening of the materials library, acquired via energydispersive X-ray-spectroscopy Determination of the oxygen-content for selected measurement areas of the materials library, aquired via X-ray-photoelectron-spectroscopy Linear Sweep Voltammograms for all compositions of the materials library for the oxygen evolution reduction, acquired via scanning droplet cell in alkaline media Diffraction screening of the materials library, acquired via X-ray-diffraction Images of the surface at selected measurement areas of the materials library, aquired via scanning electron microscopy Images of the surface morphology at selected measurement areas of the materials library, aquired via atomic force microscopy Resistivity screening of the materials library, aquired via by four-point-probe measurement by in-house built high-troughput test stand
