Soil respiration measurements from a soil partitioning experiment in a grassland ecosystem

The dataset contains the following files, all part of the same soil partitioning experiment: SR_measurements.csv – Soil respiration measurements across plots and replicates, including soil and air temperature. AMF_root_infection.csv – Root infection by arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) measured per plot. Soil_final_analysis.csv – Soil properties at the end of the experiment, including soil water content (SWC), root biomass, AMF length, carbon (C), nitrogen (N), and C/N ratio. Soil_temp_humidity_hobo.csv – Continuous soil temperature and moisture measurements recorded by HOBO loggers during the experiment.
