Identification of genome-wide FOXA2-binding sites in H441 human lung adenocarcinoma cells

In order to identify FOXA2 binding sites in a genome-wide fashion, we infected H441 cells with lentivirus that carries rat Foxa2 and performed chromatin immunoprecipitation-sequencing (ChIP-seq) for FOXA2. H441 cells were infected with lentivirus that carries rat Foxa2. FOXA2-expressing H441 cells were used for ChIP-seq analysis to identify genome-wide FOXA2-binding sites.
