Deformation_Field_Data

Continuous Imaging of tracer particles embedded in 3D type I collagen ECM with photocrosslinked ECM patches and a tumor spheroid to measure the deformation field cause by the contractility of the tumor spheroid. Imaging done on a Leica TCS SPE confocal microscope with a 10x air, 0.40 NA objective for 2 hours, 1 frame every 15 minutes.
